A truly unique

CLEVELAND COMMUNITY

SCA seeks out projects in tight-knit neighborhoods with assets such as great parks, restaurants, markets and diverse cultures. In Jefferson, we found a community that both possesses the resources and embodies a spirit that inspires us.

Through our work at Hawthorne, we hope to help you grow as fond of the neighborhood as we are. From the tennis courts at Jefferson Park to the markets and restaurants that give the area its Little Arabia nickname, there's something new around every corner. And by becoming a resident, or even just discovering that your new favorite falafel place lives here, you can help us add to the next chapter of Jefferson’s history.
